Rules and Guidelines
1. No Children Policy:
In order to maintain a serene and focused atmosphere at Lashed By Leilani, we kindly request that children do not accompany clients during their appointments.
2. No Excessive Guests:
Clients are encouraged to attend their eyelash appointments individually to ensure an optimal experience for both the client and our lash technicians. While we understand the importance of moral support, we limit additional guests to maintain a peaceful environment.
3. No Pets Policy:
For the safety and comfort of all clients and in compliance with health regulations, pets are not permitted in Lashed By Leilani Luxury Eyelash Bar & Spa. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
4. No Food or Drink:
To protect our equipment and create a clean environment, we kindly request clients refrain from consuming food or drinks during treatments. A comfortable waiting area is provided for clients to enjoy refreshments before or after their appointments.
5. Silence and Relaxation:
To enhance the spa experience for all clients, we kindly request maintaining a quiet and peaceful atmosphere within the premises. Please silence mobile devices and speak softly to contribute to a serene ambiance.
6. Appointment Rescheduling and Cancellation:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. To better serve our clients, please provide at least 24 hours notice for appointment rescheduling or cancellation. Failure to do so will forfeit your deposit.
7. Before/After Hours & Late Fee:
A $75 fee will be applied to your service charge when your booking is scheduled before or after normal business hours. Additionally, a $25 late fee will be applied if you are 10 minutes late to your appointment. At 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled.
Enforcement and Consequences:
Non-compliance with these rules may result in the rescheduling of appointments or refusal of services. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating an optimal environment for all clients.
Client Responsibilities:
